DEEM is committed to protecting our natural environment. All of the facilities we operate were designed or have been retrofitted with the mission of energy conservation and low environmental impact.

We also contribute energy conservation education and implementation in our HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Piping, and Building Automation system design. We have worked with general contractors, owners, and tenants to create Green structures with maximum comfort. Also, we are in the process of becoming fully LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited as we have already worked with general contractors to constructing LEED certified buildings.

Currently, the federal government offers tax credits to companies encouraging their efficient use of resources to protect our environment. DEEM can design and implement new and retrofit environmentally friendly systems that provide the user with tax credits.
